Highway Gardener
I would like to say what a pleasure it is to see the flowers which started appearing seasonally near the post box around the start of the lockdown. The primroses were lovely, and then some planters appeared in the spring drought, and now there are some richly coloured pansies as well. This used to be known as guerilla gardening – a big thank you to the generous highway gardener! [Ed: who I believe is Julie Rowley]
